COLUMBIA, Mo. – University of Missouri men’s golf announced its 2022-23 schedule Friday, featuring five fall and five spring events.
Mizzou opens its fall schedule by hosting the 13th annual Turning Stone Tiger Intercollegiate on Sept. 4-5 at the Turning Stone Golf Resort in Verona, N.Y. The Tigers captured the 2021 edition of the Turning Stone Tiger Intercollegiate and have finished in the top three in every year since the tournament’s inception in 2009. Mizzou continues its East Coast swing the following week at the Rod Myers Invitational Sept. 9-10 at the Duke University Blue Course in Durham, N.C.
Following a two-week break, the Tigers head to Birmingham, Ala., for the SEC Match Play Championship on Sept. 25-27. The 2022 match play will take place at the Old Overton Golf Club.
Mizzou closes the fall portion of its schedule with a pair of October events, traveling to the Bank of Tennessee Invitational at the Blackthorn Golf Club in Jonesborough, Tenn., on Oct. 9-11 before competing in the Quail Valley Invitational in Vero Beach, Fla. on Oct. 16-18.
The spring 2023 slate begins in South Carolina where the Tigers will play in the Colleton River Collegiate on March 6-7 in Beaufort, S.C. Three weeks later, Mizzou returns to the Palmetto State for the renowned Hootie at Bulls Bay, March 26-28. The Tigers then cross the country to compete in the Wyoming Cowboy Classic, played at the Whirlwind Golf Club in Chandler, Ariz., April 3-4.
The Tigers host their lone home tournament, the Tiger Collegiate Invitational, on April 10-11 at The Club at Old Hawthorne. The event marks the final tune-up prior to the SEC Championships in Sea Island, Ga. on April 19-23.
NCAA Regionals are slated for the weekend of May 15-17 at various sites while the NCAA Finals will be played at Grayhawk Golf Club in Scottsdale, Ariz., beginning May 26.
