Since turning professional in 2018, Scottie Scheffler has risen up the rankings incredibly quickly all the way to world number one. He started off by securing PGA Tour Rookie of the Year honours in 2020, as well as a Ryder Cup spot at Whistling Straits in 2021. He also got into the winners’ circle three times in 2022, at the Waste Management Phoenix Open, Arnold Palmer Invitational and the WGC-Dell Technologies Matchplay. Scheffler was one of the few big players out on Tour who appeared to have no equipment contract but this changed in 2022 as he signed with TaylorMade. Per the company, with his current Stealth Plus, Scheffler saw average ball speed gains of 3.4 MPH (177.4 MPH with Stealth Plus vs 174.0 with previous gamer) and carry gains of just over 11 yards (305.8 with Stealth Plus vs 294.7 with previous gamer).
