DUBLIN, Ohio— The Ohio State women’s golf team placed seventh at the Barbara Nicklaus Cup, which wrapped up on Tuesday. The Buckeyes finished with a 54-hole team score of 973 (+109).
Lauren Peter shot 79 (+7) in the final round of play. She tied for eighth place, moving up six spots in the standings, with a three-round score of 239 (+23).
Aneka Seumanutafa carded an 80 (+8) in round three. She placed tied for 17th with a total score of 243 (+27).
Kary Hollenbaugh finished in 21st place. She shot 82 (+10) in the third round and had a 54-hole score of 246 (+30).
Caley McGinty carded an 86 (+14) in the final round of play and finished with a total score of 247 (+31). She placed tied for 22nd.
Jillian Bourdage finished in 32nd place. She shot 90 (+18) in round three for a three-round total of 255 (+39).
The Buckeyes close out the fall season at the Jim West Challenge in San Marcos, Texas Oct. 23-24.
