RALEIGH – NC State women’s golf is slated to continue its 2022-23 campaign on Monday at the Ivy Intercollegiate, which will be held at the prestigious Baltusrol Golf Club in Springdale, N.J.
Co-hosted by Columbia, Princeton and Yale, 36 holes of stroke play are slated to be played on Monday followed by an 18-hole individual match play between the six ACC schools and six Ivy League schools. Monday’s competition will take place on the Lower Course, while Tuesday’s action will occur on the Upper Course.
Head coach Page Marsh will be bringing five members of the Pack to compete, with Natalie Armbruester, Vania Simont, Lauren Olivares Leon and Isabel Amezcua partaking in their second tournament of the season and Pilar Berchot making her season debut at Baltusrol.
A challenging and exciting opportunity awaits the Pack at Baltusrol, with NC State being one of 12 teams to compete on a course that has hosted seven U.S. Opens, four U.S. Amateurs, two U.S. Women’s Opens, two U.S. Women’s Amateurs, two PGA Championships and, most recently, a U.S. Junior Amateur in 2018.
Live stats will be made available throughout the tournament’s entirety on GolfStat.com, with play beginning on Monday with an 8:30 a.m. shotgun start.
