Li to Compete in AJGA Rolex Tournament of Champions


DURHAM – Recent Duke women’s golf signee Katie Li will compete in the American Junior Golf Association (AJGA) Tournament of Champions, which will take place at the TPC San Antonio – Canyons Course in San Antonio, Texas Nov. 20-23.  

A field of 78 golfers will open action on Sunday and will play 72 holes of stroke play.  

Li, who hails from Basking Ridge, N.J., will look to continue her solid play in 2022 that features four top-five and six top-10 placements in 10 tournaments.  She has finished no lower than tied for 17th on the season.  Over her career on the LPGA, Li owns five wins, 17 top-5, 24 top-10 and 34 top-20 finishes on the AJGA since 2019. Li has also collected 15 rounds in the 60s.  

An AJGA First Team All-America in 2022, Li will open action Sunday at 9:30 a.m. (ET) off hole No. 1. Live scoring will be available via ajga.org.
