Here are five things to know before the Badgers tee off:
1. Last Time Out: The Badgers last competed at the Cleveland Golf Palmetto Intercollegiate and finished third overall out of a field of 15 teams with +9 (283-277- 289=849). The Badgers were led by Maxime Legros, who tied for second with a 4-under 206 (69-66-71). 2. The Course: The 43rd annual Schenkel Invitational will take place at the Forest Heights Country Club in Statesboro, Georgia on a par-72, 7,123-yard course. Forest Heights was founded in 1942 and the tournament first started in 1971, widely considered one of the most prestigious tournaments in collegiate golf. According to its golf pros, Forest Heights is known for tee shots that are relatively forgiving, but undulating greens have very subtle breaks that make them very difficult to read and putt, making scoring low a tough task.

4. The Field: The 15 teams competing include Army, Campbell, UCF, FGCU, Georgia Southern, Kentucky, Liberty, Middle Tennessee, Mississippi State, North Florida, Notre Dame, UAB, West Virginia and Wisconsin. In the lineup for the Badgers are Maxime Legros, Cameron Huss, Daniel Aas, Coalter Smith and Clayton Tribus. Max Schwarz will be competing as an individual for the Badgers.
