Gamecocks Open Spring Sunday in Puerto Rico – University of South Carolina Athletics

RIO GRANDE, Puerto Rico – South Carolina opens the spring season at the Puerto Rico Classic on Sunday morning. First round action gets underway at 7:30 a.m. (ET) with a shotgun start for the 15-team field.

Transfer Frankie Harris mans the top spot in the lineup this week for the Gamecocks. Junior Nathan Franks, fresh off his first career win at the Thomas Sharkey Individual Collegiate, has the No. 2 spot in the lineup.

Senior Rafe Reynolds, freshman Bo Carpenter and sophomore Zach Adams round out the Gamecocks’ lineup. Lansdon Robbins will play as an individual this week.

It’s a strong field this week with six top-10 teams in the latest rankings from Clippd.
