Gilligan was instrumental in Florida’s victory at its home tournament, shooting 10-under for the weekend. The junior from Reno, N.V., made 14 birdies and an eagle en route to a third-place finish. He shot all three rounds under par and in the 60’s – 69-62-69. His bogey-free round two of 62, tied the program record for score last shot by Camilo Villegas in 2003.

Turner had a career low tournament score, shooting 205 (-5) to finish T6. The freshman averaged 3.92 on par-4’s and 4.22 on par-5’s and tied for the third most birdies (15) made. He shot his first two rounds under par, setting a new season low of 66.
