SUNSET, S.C. — Tennessee women’s golf shot 3-under (285) on day two at the Clemson Invitational and is tied for 11th place headed into the final round on Sunday at The Reserve at Lake Keowee.
Led by sophomores Manassanan Chotikabhukkana and Angela Arora, the Lady Vols have a 36-hole score of 10-over (586). Their round two score was the seventh-lowest score of the day.
Chotikabhukkana birdied five of her opening six holes en route to a 2-under (70) that has her tied for 15th place. Arora recovered from a bogey on her first hole to post 4 birdies and 14 pars for a score of 3-under (69).
Competing as an individual, senior Vanessa Gilly shot 1-over (73) and sits in 37th place. Junior Bailey Davis added a below-par round to the team score, shooting 1-under (71) on the day.
