ATHENS, Ga. – Illinois women’s golf finished the Liz Murhpey Collegiate Classic in 10th, carding team total of 892 (+28) after a third round 301 (+13).
Anna Ritter used a final round 74 (+2) to finish a career-best tied for 34th, leading the Illini.
Isabel Sy fired her second-straight round of even-par (72) to finish tied for 43rd. Yurang Li also finished tied for 43rd after a final round 78 (+6).
Lexanne Halama shot an 80 (+8) and placed tied for 51st and Erica finished tied for 65th after her final round of 77 (+5).
Sophia Sulkar, competing individually, ended tied for 79th after her round of 81 (+9).
Auburn took home the team title at 1-over (865), while Kansas State’s Carla Bernat captured individual honors at 9-under (207).
The Fighting Illini will be back in action at the Therese Hession Buckeye Invitational in Columbus, Ohio, on Saturday, April 13.
