AUGUSTA, Ga. — Another year at the Masters, another LIV Golf player in contention to win.
Last year it was Brooks Koepka in the mix at the top of the leaderboard at Augusta National Golf Club and this time it’s his former rival and current colleague Bryson DeChambeau. The 2020 U.S. Open champion is off to his best-ever start at the Masters and currently sits tied for first at 6 under following rounds of 65-73 to start his week.
On the other side of the cut line, five players saw their weeks end early and have slammed the trunk and driven down Magnolia Lane for the final time this year. From the top of the leaderboard to the bottom, here’s how all 13 LIV players have fared thus far at the 2024 Masters.

DeChambeau took the first-round lead with a 7-under 65 but struggled to stay under par with gusting winds on Friday, where he shot a 1-over 73. The former bulked-up bomber had missed the cut in his last two trips to Augusta National and has a best-finish of T-21 when he was the low amateur in 2016.

One of the most consistent LIV players in the field this week, Smith continues his streak of eight straight years making the weekend cut after solid rounds of 71-72 on Thursday and Friday.

The 2018 Masters champ was one of few players under par in Friday’s difficult conditions and is at even par after rounds of 74-70. Reed hasn’t missed the cut at Augusta National since his win and has three top 10s (with a T-4 last year).

Making his eighth start at Augusta National this week, Hatton has now made his fourth consecutive cut after opening rounds of 72-74. His last three finishes? T-18/52/T-34.
