WINCHESTER, Mass. Duke women’s golf freshman Katie Li carded rounds of 68 and 67 on Wednesday to shoot 7-under-par and earn co-medalist honors at the U.S. Women’s Open qualifying contested at the Winchester Country Club in Winchester, Mass.

Li, who hails from Basking Ridge, N.J., earned a coveted spot in the 2024 U.S. Women’s Open, which will take place May 30 through June 2 at the Landcaster Country Club in Lancaster, Pa.  It will mark Li’s first appearance in the U.S. Women’s Open.
