Virginia Athletics | UVA Has Four Named to All-ACC Academic Team

CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. – Virginia men’s golfers Bryan Lee, Paul Chang, Chris Fosdick and Josh Duangmanee have been named to the 2024 Men’s Golf All-ACC Academic Team today (June 17). The players were recognized for their on-course and in-classroom success. It marks the second consecutive year Lee has been honored.

Lee and Duangmanee received honorable mention All-America honors this season and helped UVA to a third-place finish in stroke play at the NCAA Championships. Lee played in 12 tournaments this season and was second on the team with a 71.24 stroke average. He led UVA in scoring six times. Duangmanee played in eight events and had one top-10 finish during the season. He was the third-best finisher among freshman at the NCAA Championships.

Chang joined the Cavalier program as a walk-on this year. He played in eight tournaments and posted a pair of top-10 finishes. Fosdick played in six tournaments during the season and posted a 73.00 stroke average.

Minimum academic requirements for selection to the All-ACC Academic Team are a 3.0 grade point average for the previous semester and a 3.0 cumulative average during one’s academic career for undergraduate students. The student-athlete must have participated in at least 50% of their team’s contests.
