SALT LAKE CITY – After a fantastic 2023-24 season that concluded with the program’s second trip to the NCAA Championships in three seasons, one more honor has arrived for a member of the University of Utah men’s golf team, as Brandon Robison was named to the CSC Academic All-District Team.
Robison achieved this honor by crafting a 3.68 GPA while pursuing a degree in finance, something he accomplished as he also played a pivotal role in Utah’s run to the NCAA Men’s Golf Championships. During the regular season, Robison logged two top three finishes, including a second-place performance at the Gaucho Invitational, where he shot 10-under. In the postseason, Robison helped his team advance at the NCAA Austin Regional by collecting a share of 50th and tying for the team’s lowest second-round score with a 1-under 70.
In order to be eligible for the All-District Team, student-athletes must have a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher and must have competed in at least 50% of their team’s tournaments during the year. Additionally, they must have completed at least one full calendar year at their current institution.
