Wisconsin men’s golf announces 2024-25 schedule

MADISON, Wis. — The Wisconsin men’s golf program announced its 2024-25 schedule on Monday, highlighted by its annual home Badger Invitational set for Sept. 29 through Oct. 1 at University Ridge.

Wisconsin is scheduled to compete at 10 tournaments this season, capped by the 2025 Big Ten Championship.

The Badgers begin their season at the Visit Knoxville Intercollegiate on Sept. 6-8, hosted by the University of Tennessee. The tournament is set to take place at Tennessee National in Loudon, Tenn.

Wisconsin is scheduled to host its annual Badger Invitational on Sept. 29 through Oct. 1 at University Ridge. The Badger Invitational is a FREE event, offering fans a great opportunity to watch competitive collegiate golf while enjoying Madison’s beautiful fall weather.

The Badgers conclude their regular season April 14-15 competing at The Ford, hosted by Georgia Southern, at The Ford River Club.

The 2025 Big Ten Championship is set for April 25-27 at the Baltimore Country Club.

Mike Wilson enters his fourth season as head coach of Wisconsin in 2024-25, as he continues to build the Badgers into a nationally-recognized and competitive program.

Wilson has coached two individuals – Griffin Barela (2002) and Cameron Huss (2022, 2024) – and the team in 2023 to qualify for the NCAA Regional tournaments. Last season, Huss became the first Badger since 2008 to advance from NCAA Regional play to the NCAA championship.

Wisconsin won two tournaments last season as a team, finishing first at both The Invitational at the Ford and the Hawkeye Invitational.
