Women’s Golf Announces 2024 Fall Schedule – Penn State

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. – Head coach Kristen Simpson and the Penn State women’s golf team announced its 2024 fall schedule earlier this week. The Nittany Lions will compete in five tournaments this coming fall.

Penn State has a very familiar scheduled lined up for the fall season once again beginning the year at Yeaman’s Hall in Hanahan, South Carolina for the 20th annual Cougar Classic on September 9-10.

Just four days later the Nittany Lions return to Happy Valley for the 48th annual Nittany Lion Invitational on September 14-15 prior to closing out the month of September at a new event, the Cavalier Regional Preview, on September 23-24 as Kristen Simpson makes her first trip to Charlottesville as a head coach after graduating from UVA in 2008.

Penn State takes the following week off before returning to the Old Dominion State on October 4-6 for the sixth annual Evie Odom Invitational in Virginia Beach, Virginia, formerly the Princess Anne Invitational.

The Nittany Lions then conclude their fall slate in familiar fashion in late October at the Landfall Tradition in Wilmington, North Carolina on October 25-27.
