Anthony Kim was once one of the world’s most exciting, talented and recognisable young golfers.
Between 2006 and 2012, he won multiple times on the PGA Tour, inspired the US to Ryder Cup glory, reached sixth on the world rankings, and broke records at Augusta National.
Then he walked away without explanation.
For 12 years, nobody knew where he was. Sightings of him were few and far between. He as good as vanished until the LIV Golf League persuaded him to return this year.
Where has he been all this time? What convinced him to end his exile? And more to the point, what comes next?
AK answers those questions on this week’s episode of The bunkered Podcast – his FIRST major one-on-one chat on this side of the pond.
Elsewhere, Michael and Bryce discuss Lydia Ko completing the Olympics ‘medal slam’, weigh in on the fuss caused by Trump Turnberry’s £1,000 green fee, and discuss the three golf-related items they would want with them if they were stranded on a desert island.
It’s another bumper episode.
