Bobby Jones Links to manage The Silos at Granada Farms

Bobby Jones Links added The Silos at Granada Farms to its management portfolio. The 1976 Tom Jackson-designed layout sits on rolling countryside in the Foothills of North Carolina.

Course renovations on The Silos have already begun, according to Silos Owner Brandon Lee, who also owns the nearby BJL-managed Player’s Ridge Golf Course.

“Our immediate focus is improving the overall golf product, making the tees and greens better and offering a full range of the items golfers want to see in the pro shop,” he said.

The spacious barn venue on the property — which is from the dairy farm that was previously situated on the property — is currently being used as a party and event venue.

Lee said he and his team are developing plans to add a permanent restaurant and bar in that space, and then lease out the restaurant.

“It’s opportunities like this that allow us to draw on our deep expertise in all facets of course development and operations to achieve our client’s goals and ROI while elevating the golfing experience at this property,” said Doug Hellman, chief development officer for Bobby Jones Links.
