DURHAM, N.C. – The Duke men’s golf team continued its presence inside the Bushnell/Golfweek D1 Coaches Poll, tying for No. 23 nationally in the most recent iteration of the poll, released on Friday, Oct. 11. Duke received 42 total votes and is one of six ACC teams ranked in the most recent top 25, joined by No. 4 Virginia, No. 10 North Carolina, No. 11 Georgia Tech, No. 12 Florida State and No. 23 Notre Dame.
The Blue Devils have logged two top-five finishes so far through three events this season, including a season-best second-place effort at Duke’s home event, the Rod Myers Invitational, played at Duke University Golf Club.
Next up for the Duke squad is the Golf Club of Georgia Collegiate, played Friday Oct. 18 through Sunday, Oct. 20, in Alpharetta, Ga. The Blue Devils then close out their fall portion of the season at The Clerico, on Oct. 28-30, at Oaks Country Club in Tulsa, Okla.
