Tennessee Concludes Fall Slate at Golf Club of Georgia Collegiate


ALPHARETTA, Ga. – The No. 8/17 Tennessee men’s golf team wrapped up action on Sunday afternoon at the Golf Club of Georgia Collegiate, hosted by Georgia Tech.

The Vols finished in 11th place for the event. 

Evan Woosley-Reed led the Big Orange in the individual category, tying for 28th place after shooting even-par overall. His best round came in round two when he fired a 4-under 68. 

Redshirt sophomore Bruce Murphy finished one shot behind Woosley-Reed to tie for 33rd. 

Kai Komulainen and Lance Simpson each tied for 49th place, shooting 5-over. 

Freshman Jackson Herrington tied for 65th. 

This weekend’s play in Georgia concluded the Vols fall season. Tennessee will kick off spring play on February 20, 2024 at the Puerto Rico Classic.
