No. 5-ranked Vanderbilt concluded the fall portion of its 2024-25 schedule on Sunday. The Dores carded 2-over 290 in Round 3 to finish the 2024 Golf Club of Georgia Collegiate in eighth place at 1-over 865.

“We really wanted to come out and have a good final round of the fall today, and the guys were locked in, I thought, but we had a tough time keeping momentum,” said Vanderbilt men’s golf head coach Scott Limbaugh. “However, it’s very encouraging to see Wells play so well this week because he will be an integral part of any success we will have this spring. If a couple more putts had fallen for him today, he would have had a chance to win. I am proud of Jackson for bouncing back today and I’m really proud of the job he did for us all fall. I had a good time with the guys this week and I really thought they competed hard.”

Senior Jackson Van Paris posted his fourth-straight top-20 finish of the fall, concluding the weekend in 20th on the player leaderboard at 1-under 215. Van Paris finished under-par in Round 3, carding a team-best 2-under 70 on Sunday.

Duke came away with the team title at the 2024 Golf Club of Georgia Collegiate after carding 28-under 836 as a team. The Blue Devils’ Ethan Evans claimed the tournament’s individual title, as he carded 9-under 207.
