The PGA TOUR heads to Mexico this week for the World Wide Technology Championship at El Cardonal at Diamante. The Tiger Woods-designed course serves as host for the second time with the FedExCup Fall coming down to its final three events. Erik van Rooyen returns to defend his title after triumphing a year ago. He’s claimed three top-20s this year including T2 at the Cognizant Classic in March and T4 at the Myrtle Beach Classic in May. The South African will be looking to claim his third win on the PGA TOUR. Cameron Young will also be in the field. He’s made six top-10 finishes this season and has been as steady as they come, missing just one cut over the last 11 months. The American is still looking for his first PGA TOUR win after finishing runner-up seven times. Wesley Bryan will also be teeing it up in Mexico. He’s managed three top-25s this season with a brilliant T2 at the Corales Puntacana Championship in April. The American currently sits 138th in the FedExCup Fall standings, 13 places off full eligibility for next season. Others to look out for are Lucas Glover, Camilo Villegas and Max Greyserman.
