Wisconsin women’s golf announces spring tournament schedule

MADISON, Wis. — The Wisconsin women’s golf program announced its 2024-25 spring tournament schedule, including six tournaments in total.

The six tournaments include four away tournaments, one home tournament hosted in Arizona, and potentially the Big Ten Championships hosted in Maryland.

The season opens Feb. 10-11 with the San Diego State Classic, hosted in San Diego, Calif.

Wisconsin will then host the Westbrook Invitational at the Westbrook Village Golf Club in Peoria, Ariz. from Feb. 23-24. The Badgers have hosted this annual tournament since 2012, and it’s well-known for a large crowd of fans from the local community cheering on the golfers throughout the course. This will be Wisconsin’s only home event in the Spring schedule.

The golf team then heads to Tucson, Ariz. for the Mountain View Collegiate from March 2-4.

Next, UW will travel to the Chattanooga Classic, in Ooltewah, Tenn. from March 28-30.

The Badgers will then compete in the Therese Hession Buckeye Invitational, in Columbus, Ohio, hosted by Ohio State University.

Finally, the Big Ten Championships for Women’s golf will be held in Maryland from April 18-20.
