Heritage Golf Group closed out 2024 by crossing the 40-property mark. Compass Pointe Golf Club and Magnolia Greens Golf Club in Wilmington, North Carolina were the seventh and eighth acquisitions of the year for the management company and the courses bring the total property count in Heritage’s portfolio to 41.
Both courses sit within 15 miles of Cape Fear National Golf Club, another North Carolina course that Heritage acquired in 2022, forming a trio of Heritage courses in the Wilmington area and further bolstering its presence in the Carolinas.
