PEORIA, Ariz. (February 24, 2025) – Senior Madelyn Gamble fired a final round 68 for Washington State Women’s Golf at the Westbrook Invitational in Peoria, Ariz. Monday.
Gamble recorded four birdies and 14 pars to card a final round 68 and moved up 11 spots to finish tied for 31st. Sophomore Alice Johansson, senior Sarah Skovgaard Bils and freshman Grace Rubelsky all posted finals rounds of 74 with Johansson and Rubelsky each recording four birdies during their round.
The Cougars posted a final round of plus-two as a team and finished the tournament tied for 13th with Sam Houston at plus-21.
The Course and Tournament Format
The Westbrook Invitational was held at the Westbrook Village Golf Club – Vistas Course in Peoria, Ariz.
The course played as a par-72 at 6,248 yards.
