Landscapes Golf Management has been selected to manage Heritage Hunt Golf & Country Club in Gainesville, Virginia, and Lake Barrington Shores Golf Club in Lake Barrington, Illinois. Both clubs are governed by homeowners’ associations.
Landscapes manages more than 60 properties across 25 states and was chosen by the HOAs because of their experience in improving the standing of golf courses within their communities.
At Heritage Hunt, Landscapes will create more engaging member programming by leveraging data and behavioral analysis to profile prospective members. At Lake Barrington Shores, its duties will include building a strong operations and agronomic team, reopening food & beverage operations, establishing new turf management practices, upgrading marketing and operations technology and more.
Heritage Hunt is located 20 miles southwest of Dulles International Airport and features an 18-hole, 7,033-yard, par-72 championship course designed by architect Arthur Hills. The course covers 750 acres of natural landscape. The club has a colonial-style clubhouse, a 120-seat restaurant and a ballroom for hosting large events with seating for up to 330 people.
Lake Barrington Shores is 50 minutes northwest of downtown Chicago, and hosts an 18-hole, 6392-yard, par-71 golf course designed by Larry Packard. The gated community consists of more than 1,110 homes and features a lodge, marina and beach, boating activities, sports complex, indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts, trails and fishing.
