RALEIGH, N.C. – NC State’s McMurray Family Director of Athletics Boo Corrigan has announced that Raleigh native Bo Andrews has been named the Wolfpack’s head men’s golf coach.

“I’m excited to welcome Bo back home to Raleigh as our new men’s golf coach,” said Corrigan. “We sought to hire someone with a proven record of success, that has tremendous leadership qualities and that also has extensive knowledge of our conference and state. Bo checks all of those boxes. He’s a man of high character and I know he’s going to do a great job of bringing a championship culture to our program.”

Andrews, who graduated from the Ravenscroft School in Raleigh, has spent the last seven seasons with the University of Tennessee men’s golf program.

He was promoted to associate head coach ahead of the 2024-25 season after spending his first six years in Knoxville as assistant coach.

“I’m humbled and honored to be named the head men’s golf coach at NC State,” said Andrews. “This university has played such a meaningful role in my life, and it’s a dream come true to return in this capacity. I’m excited to build on the strong tradition of Wolfpack Golf and to lead a group of talented student-athletes with passion, integrity, and a commitment to excellence. I can’t wait to get started and contribute to the future success of NC State Golf.”

In seven seasons at UT, Andrews helped lead the Volunteers to 11 team tournament titles, while also guiding Vol golfers to nine individual tournament titles, 11 All-SEC selections and seven All-America honors.
