The team opens the new season at the Wolverine Invitational, hosted by Michigan at the University of Michigan Golf Course from Sep. 7-8. It marks a new season-opening event for the Scarlet Knights, who will visit the home of fellow Big Ten competitors Michigan to kick off the fall. The Scarlet Knights then head north of the border for the Canadian Collegiate Invitational, an event hosted by both Michigan and Kent State at Beacon Hall Golf Club in Aurora, Ontario from Sep. 22-23. RU will return home and make the short trip south to Mercer County for the Princeton Invitational from Oct. 4-5 at Springdale Golf Club. The team wraps up the fall campaign with a return trip to the Dale McNamara Invitational, hosted by Tulsa at Cedar Ridge Country Club in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. RU took home 13th at the event in 2024.
Head coach Kari Williams and the Scarlet Knights are coming off back-to-back postseason invitational appearances at the National Golf Invitational Championship, the first and second postseason invitations in program history. Additionally, RU is coming off its best-ever finish at the Big Ten Championships, finishing in 10th place out of 18 programs, including finishing ahead of nationally-ranked Purdue and conference newcomers Washington. The Scarlet Knights recorded five top-five finishes as a squad, including a team title at the Rutgers Invitational, their second straight season winning the event.
The 2025-26 squad will feature a bevy of returning experience, with six-of-seven Scarlet Knights representing returners. True freshman Elizabeth Ryu rounds out the roster, one of the top high school prospects in the midwest out of Dublin, Ohio.
