COLUMBIA, S.C. – Head coach Kalen Anderson announced the schedule for her squad in the upcoming 2025-26 season on Tuesday. The Gamecocks will play in eight regular season events with seven tournaments that have been staples on the schedule in Anderson’s 19 seasons leading the program.
For the fifth consecutive season, Carolina will open the year at the ANNIKA Intercollegiate Sept. 8-10. The Gamecocks have won the event three of the last four seasons with a pair of individual champions (Hannah Darling in 2024 and Louise Rydqvist in 2023).
Carolina will then play in the Jackson T. Stephens Cup for the fifth-straight season as well Sept. 15-17. Golf Channel will provide live TV coverage of the event which takes place at Shoreacres just outside of Chicago, Ill.
The Gamecocks will play two more times in the fall at the Ruth Chris Tar Heel Invitational (Oct. 17-19) then returning to the Landfall Tradition (Oct. 24-26) for the first time since the 2022-23 season.
The spring season begins Feb. 1-3 on the west coast at the Therese Hession Regional Challenge followed by the Moon Golf Invitational Feb. 15-17. Rising sophomore All-American Eila Galitsky is the defending champion of the event, defeating then WAGR No. 1 Lottie Woad of Florida State in a playoff.
Carolina will host a pair of events to conclude the spring with the 14th edition of the Darius Rucker Intercollegiate (March 2-4) and the third edition of the Old Barnwell Derby Match Play. The Gamecocks will host an NCAA Regional at Old Barnwell in 2027.
Golf Channel has again partnered with South Carolina and Long Cove Club to air all three rounds of the Darius Rucker Intercollegiate live for the fifth-straight year.
The SEC Championship will be played at Pelican Golf Club in Belleair, Fla. for the third-straight season April 17-21. Last season, the Gamecocks brought home the program’s first SEC Title since 2002.
NCAA Regional selections will take place April 29 with regionals being conducted at six sites across the country May 11-13. The top-five teams at each site will advance to the NCAA Championship May 22-27 at Omni La Costa Resort & Spa, which has played host to NCAA finals in each of the last two seasons. The Gamecocks have made five consecutive trips to the NCAA Championship highlighted by a T-5th finish in 2023.
