Clemson Announces 2024-25 Women’s Golf Schedule – Clemson Tigers Official Athletics Site

CLEMSON, S.C. – Clemson women’s golf head coach Kelley Hester announced the release of the 2024-25 schedule on July 12.

Hester, who was named one of four Golf Pride WGCA Regional Coaches of the Year last season, and the golf program will look to build upon a strong 2023-24 campaign that included going 25-5 at the NCAA National Tournament, where Clemson finished fifth in stroke play to reach the match play championship. Clemson made the best postseason run in program history last season that included the Tigers finishing second in the ACC Championship and making their ninth NCAA Tournament appearance and third NCAA Championship appearance. Over the last three seasons, Clemson has finished in the Top 25, including No. 5 in 2024.

Looking to build upon the 2024 finish, the Tigers open the 2024-25 slate on Aug. 26 by hosting the first-ever Tiger Classic at The Walker Course. Clemson then travels to Lake Elmo, Minn., for the 2024 ANNIKA Intercollegiate held at the Royal Golf Club. This will be the first time Clemson women’s golf has participated in the premier early-season event. The Tigers are one of 12 participants and are slated to play 54 holes of stroke play over three days from Sept. 8-11. Clemson will play three additional tournaments in the fall, the Mason Rudolph Championship (Franklin, Tenn.; Sept. 20-22), the Barbara Nicklaus Cup (Dublin, Ohio; Oct. 7-8) and The Landfall Tradition (Wilmington, N.C.; Oct. 25-27), where the Tigers will look to defend their title that was clinched in Oct. 2023.

Clemson opens the spring portion of the schedule with return trips to the Therese Hession Regional Championship (Feb. 2-4) and in the Moon Golf Invitational (Feb. 16-18). The Tigers will continue action in Litchfield Park, Ariz., at the Clover Cup March 10-12 before returning to South Carolina to close out the regular season hosting the Clemson Invitational at the Reserve at Lake Keowee March 28-30. This year’s ACC Championship will be held at Sedgefield Golf Club in Greensboro, N.C., April 16-19.

The 2024-25 NCAA Regionals will be held May 5-7 in Columbus, Ohio, Lexington, Ky., Norman, Okla., Gold Canyon, Ariz., Lubbock, Texas, Charlottesville, Va., with the NCAA Championship held May 16-21 at the Omni La Costa Resort & Spa Champions Course in Carlsbad, Calif.
