Ten Programs Set APR Records; Fourteen Earn Perfect Single-Year Scores – Clemson Tigers Official Athletics Site

CLEMSON, S.C. – Nineteen student-athletes and three students in athletics support and spirit squad roles earned degrees during Clemson University’s Summer 2024 commencement ceremony held on Friday in Littlejohn Coliseum.

Among the group were nine earning advanced degrees, 13 undergraduates and one advanced certificate.  Representatives from ten programs completed their degrees, including two SAAC members, two graduates of Tiger Leadership Academy and two members of POWER Women’s Leadership Academy.

Additionally, two members of Clemson’s Elite Eight Men’s Basketball team, one member of the inaugural Gymnastics team and one individual ACC Champion were among the graduates.

The Clemson Athletic Department tops the nation among public Power Five institutions in Graduation Success Rate (GSR) with a 97 percent mark for the most recent cohort data released by the NCAA. Ten consecutive cohorts have recorded a department-wide GSR at 91 percent or higher, and three in a row at 95 percent or higher, one of three public Power Five schools nationally to make that claim.
