Cougar Women’s Golf Announces 2024-25 Slate


PULLMAN, Wash. (August 13, 2024) – Washington State University Women’s Golf Head Coach Kevin Tucker announced the team’s 2024-25 schedule Tuesday afternoon.

The Cougars open the season with a trip to Lexington, Ky. for the Bettie Lou Evans Invitational hosted by Kentucky September 8-10 before traveling to Fort Collins, Colo. for the Ptarmigan Ram Classic hosted by Colorado State September 23-24.

The final weekend of September will see WSU compete in The Molly hosted by California at Bayonet Black course in Monterey, Calif. September 30 – October 1. The Cougars close out the fall season in late October with the Clash at Boulder Creek in Nevada October 20-22.

Washington State opens the spring season with a trip to Arizona for the Westbrook Invitational in late February before opening March with the Juli Inkster Invitational in Fairfax, Calif. In late March, the Cougars head south once more for the Nashville Invitational March 24-25 before closing the regular season with the Olympic Club Invitational in San Francisco March 30 – April 1.

WSU is competing in the West Coast Conference this season with the conference championships set for April 17-19 at the Green Valley Golf Course in Fairfield, Calif.

Tucker was announced as the eighth women’s head golf coach in program history this past June after working the last six seasons on the WSU men’s golf staff, most recently serving as associate head coach. The Washington State alum was also a two-time NCAA Regional Championship participant in his playing days as a Cougar.
