Wildcats Finish Their Final Round of The Fall Season at The Stanford Intercollegiate

Arizona Women’s Golf began the final round in third place but after a 4-over par final round the Cats finished in seventh place at the Stanford Intercollegiate. Three Wildcats picked up top 15 finishes after all being tied for 15th. 

Charlotte Back carded a 72 in the final round to end the tournament 2-under par and tied for 15th. Nena Wongthanavimok goes 2-under par for her best round of the tournament and tied with Back. Kinsley Ni shoots over par for the first time this tournament to also finish tied for 15th. 

Julia Misemer’s round of 74 has her finish at 10-over par and tied for 71st. Sara Vitasek had a great first two rounds but had a few too many bogeys in the final round. 

This was the last tournament of the fall season for the Wildcats. In the four tournaments played this fall, the highlight comes from the dominant win at the NB3 Matchplay event. Mark your calendars because next up for the Wildcats is Thunder Intercollegiate which the Wildcats will be hosting on Feb. 9-10th.
