The Missouri men’s golf team moved up two spots on the final day of the Mirabel Maui Jim Intercollegiate, placing 10th as a team in Arizona.
The Tigers carded a two-under 282 during the final 18 holes of action to move from 12th to 10th with a three-round score of 13-under.
Senior Charlie Crockett led Mizzou with a three-under 68 during Sunday’s round, carding five bogeys on the day for his best round of the tournament (74-71-68) to finish at even par.
Sophomore Virgilio Paz led Mizzou overall with a three-round total of five-under (69-66-73) to place 25th. Senior Jack Lundin finished just one stroke back at four-under (70-68-71), while freshman Adam Miller (72-70-70) carded a one-under 212 and Dagbjartur Sigurbrandsson (73-69-76) finished off a five-over 218.
Auburn won the team title with Fresno State and San Diego State finishing second and third, respectively.
The Tigers return to action next week, competing at the Chicago Highlands Invitational, starting on Sept. 18.
