You can’t talk about LIV Golf for long without bringing up the exorbitant amount of money the players compete for each event.
With $20 million up for grabs at regular season events ($4 million to the winner), it certainly pays to play well in the LIV Golf League, just ask the likes of Talor Gooch, Dustin Johnson, Cameron Smith and Brooks Koepka.
The four players have each eclipsed $19 million in individual prize money across the last two LIV Golf seasons, with Gooch as the only player to hit the $20 million mark. Across 20 regular-season events, 11 players have earned more than $10 million by themselves, and that’s without including how much they each made upfront for signing with the upstart circuit financially backed by Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund.
As the season comes to a close this weekend at the 2023 LIV Golf Team Championship at Trump National Doral, here’s a look at who has cashed in for the most individual prize money so far (We’re using individual prize money only as team prize money can be distributed in different ways within each squad).
