In the 2018 Quicken Loans National, Tiger Woods tees it up on TPC Potomac at Avenel Farm just outside of the U.S. Capitol in Washington, D.C. The site of two victories for Woods, he gets to within one shot of the lead during Saturday third round. Three birdies on the front nine Sunday gives Woods hope, but he fails to catch eventual winner, Francesco Molinari, who wins by 8 shots.
The Quicken Loans National returns to TPC Potomac at Avenel Farm. In 2017, Kyle Stanley climbed the leaderboard to get into a playoff with Charles Howell III and emerged the victor on the first extra hole to earn his second career PGA TOUR win.
