Biondi earned his second all-american first team nod this year as Filler was tabbed an honorable mention.
The selection of the junior from São Paulo, Brazil, adds to a total of 107 all-time all-american selections in Florida men’s golf program history along with the 11th all-america honor under head J.C. Deacon in eighth seasons. He becomes the 26th multiple Gator all-american joining those such as Dudley Hart (4), Billy Horschel (4), Andy North (3), Brian Gay (2) and Sam Horsfield (2).
Filler is the first selection on the UF women’s golf team in four seasons as Sierra Brooks was a Women’s Golf Coaches Association (WGCA) All-American Honorable Mention in 2018. The selection is the 59th in program history and 16th under head coach Emily Glaser.
