Riley, Siebers Named Srixon/Cleveland Golf All-America Scholars

NORMAN, Okla. – A pair of Duke University men’s golfers — Quinn Riley and Ian Siebers — have been named Srixon/Cleveland Golf All-America Scholars for the 2021-22 season. It is the sixth consecutive year that multiple Blue Devils have earned the honor.

To be eligible for Srixon/Cleveland Golf All-America Scholar status an individual must be a sophomore, junior or senior academically, compete in at least three full years at the collegiate level, participate in 40 percent of his team’s competitive rounds, have a stroke-average under 76.0, and maintain a minimum cumulative career grade-point average of 3.2.

Riley, a senior from Raleigh, received the honor for a third consecutive season, while Siebers, a sophomore from Bellevue, Wash., is a first-time honoree. Riley and Siebers were two of three Blue Devils to earn Academic All-ACC honors, along with junior Jimmy Zheng.

Siebers, Zheng and Riley were Duke’s leaders in stroke average this season — 71.18, 72.22 and 72.38, respectively — in helping lead the Blue Devils to the NCAA Regional for a seventh consecutive season.
