Men’s and women’s soccer doubleheader on Friday night for Party at the Pitch

Tech has a busy weekend ahead with volleyball, cross country, women’s soccer, men’s soccer and football here in Blacksburg. Then women’s golf and both men’s and women’s tennis will travel for their season openers. Read below for more information on the dates of those matchups, whom each team will play and promotions for home events.

Friday, Sept. 16 | 3/5:30 p.m. | vs. Appalachian State or Western Carolina
This Thursday, you can come to watch the Hokies as they take on Norfolk State at 5:30 p.m. in Cassell Coliseum. The program will be celebrating Mental Health Awareness night. You can watch Thursday’s match live on ACC Network Extra. Matches Friday are yet to be determined. They will be decided based on the results of Thursday’s matches.

Friday, Sept. 16 | 5:30 p.m.
Tech will host its second invitational at the Buford Meredith Cross Country Course Friday at 5:30 p.m.

Friday, Sept. 16 | 5 p.m. | vs. Pitt
After a 5-2 win against Northern Colorado, the Hokies face Pitt on Friday at 5 p.m. at Thompson Field. You can watch it live on ACC Network. Come support Tech’s Party at the Pitch as it faces their first ACC team of the season. There will be games, giveaways and fun for the whole family!
