UW Set To Host Husky Invitational At Gold Mountain

The Washington men’s golf team returns to action this week, playing host for the 2022 Husky Invitational, Monday and Tuesday, Sept. 19-20, at Gold Mountain Golf Club in Bremerton, Wash.
 
The event actually features a team tournament, on the Golf Mountain Olympic Course, and a separate, individual tournament, on Gold Mountain Cascade. In both cases, the golfers will play 36 holes on Monday and 18 on Tuesday.
 
In addition, Washington will have three individuals play in the team tournament.
 
Last year, the Huskies tied for the championship of the Husky Invitational, finishing 18-under alongside Nevada. RJ Manke tied for second on the individual leaderboard, one shot off of the winner at 8-under.
