Cardinals Finish in the Top 5 at the Williams Cup


WILIMINGTON, N.C. –  The University of Louisville men’s golf team finished the Williams Cup in fifth place overall, with host team North Carolina on top of the leaderboard. Two Cardinals finished in the top 10 this weekend.
 
Jiri Zuska finished in eighth overall, carding 2-over-par 218 and Sebastian Moss finished ninth with a score of 3-over-par 219.
 
Max Kennedy placed in a tie for 28th (14-over-par 230), Walker Franklin carded 19-over-par 235 (tie for 41th), and Pierce Grieve finished in a tie for 54th (29-over-par 245).
 
The Cardinals have concluded their fall season and will return to tournament action on Jan. 30 at the Sea Best Invitational in Ponte Vedra Beach, Fla.
