» Michigan posted a 286 (-2) first-round tally and is tied for sixth after the first day of the Landfall Tradition being played at the Country Club of Landfall.
» Monet Chun, who is tied for 12th, led U-M on the first day posting a 70 (-2) using three birdies.
» Mikaela Schulz carded a 71 (-1) giving her three sub-par tallies in her last four at the Country Club of Landfall.
» As a team, the Wolverines posted 14 birdies, led by Ashley Lau’s four, and etch a 286 (-2) the third sub-par team tally of the season.
» In one of the strongest fields this fall, 13 of 18 teams are ranked among the top 50, including No. 33 U-M.
