It’s a close contest at the Ritz.
Justin Thomas and his dad, Mike, entered the final round of the 2022 PNC Championship at the Ritz-Carlton Golf Club in Orlando with a two-shot lead on Sunday after an opening-round 15-under 57 on Saturday.
Sitting T-2 are none other than last year’s fan favorites Tiger Woods and his son, Charlie, as well as Vijay Singh and his son, Qass, after both signed for 13-under 59 in the first of two rounds at the annual silly-season event.

After starting the day T-2 and two shots back, Vijay and Qass birdied their first five holes to take a share of the lead alongside the Thomas’ and defending champion Daly’s, who made the turn at 7-under 29 to move to 18 under.

Tiger and Charlie have playfully been referred to as Team Ice Bath due to both of their injuries – Tiger’s plantar fasciitis (and surgically repaired right leg) and Charlie’s sprained ankle – and the pair showed up in their Sunday red.
