STANFORD, Calif. – The UCLA men’s golf team finished 12th at the Pac-12 Championships with a score of 48-over, 1448 (366-348-364-370) at the Stanford Golf Course on Sunday.
Senior Mason Greene posted the Bruins’ best finish, placing 29th at 2-over for the tournament (73-67-73-69). Greene’s 3-under 67 in round two is tied for the lowest score in his collegiate career.
No. 9 Stanford won the conference championship by 13 strokes at 19-under, 1381. Michael Thorbjornsen was the individual medalist at -15 (63-66-68-68).
Finishing a stroke behind Greene was Pablo Ereño at 3-over (70-71-72-70) in a tie for 30th. Tying for 34th was Ty Griggs at 4-over (73-70-70-71). Rounding out UCLA’s top four scorers was freshman Kyle An who tied for 60th at 14-over (75-69-73-77).
