SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. – The 26th-ranked Virginia women’s golf team wrapped up its appearance at the 2023 NCAA Championships by tying with No. 19 Clemson for 24th-place. The Cavaliers shot 14-over 302 during Sunday’s third round and did not make the 15-team cut for the final round of stroke play on Monday that determines the eight squads for match play.

A day after nine teams turned in under-par scores, Grayhawk Golf Club was a tougher challenge during the third round as all 30 teams shot over par.
