DURHAM — Former Duke women’s golf standouts continue to shine on the professional circut in 2023.  Listed below is a rundown on how the Blue Devils have fared on the LPGA, Epson Tour, and the Ladies European Tour.

McGuire has competed in eight events since the beginning of the year, securing a trio of top-10 finishes and earnings so far totaling $269,203 in 2023. After closing out 2022 with a second-place finish at the CME Group Tour Championship, McGuire carried that form into 2023, finishing tied for ninth at the Hilton Grand Vacations Tournament of Champions and tied for sixth at the Honda LPGA Thailand, with respective scores of 6-under-par and 16-under-par through four rounds. She would continue to be solid in her following two outings, finishing 7-under-par in the HSBC Women’s World Championship for a tied for 20th result and then 13-under-par for a tied for 23rd final place at the LPGA Drive On Championship. McGuire’s best finish so far this year would be a third-place finish at the Bank of Hope LPGA Match that saw her advance to the semifinals. Currently sitting at 17th in the CME Ranking and 20th in the Rolex Ranking, McGuire is in the top 20 in driving accuracy and rounds under par and has played the seventh most total rounds with 32. Her career earnings currently sit at $3,147,562.

Celine Boutier

Boutier has been on a tear so far in 2023, competing in nine events and finishing in tied for 14tj or better in six of them, including her second career victory and two other top-five finishes. After opening the year with a 26th-place finish at the Hilton Grant Vacations Tournament of Champions, Boutier notched the first of her top-five finishes, ending 17-under-par for a tied-for-fourth mark at the Honda LPGA Thailand. She followed that result by opening March with a tied-for-11th finish at the HSBC Women’s Championship, starting off 9-under-par through the first three rounds before an unfortunately shooting even in the final round to just miss out on the top 10.
