Ole Miss Women’s Golf Ready To Tee Off Mason Rudolph Championship


FRANKLIN, Tenn. – The Ole Miss women’s golf team is set to make the trip to Franklin, Tennessee, for the Mason Rudolph Championship, hosted at the Vanderbilt Legends Club, from September 22-24.
 
18 total teams will participate in the ninth annual fixture including the Rebels, who are making their first ever appearance in the tournament.
 
The tournament will consist of 54 total holes of stroke play, with 18 holes scheduled to be played each day.
 
TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE
Friday, Sept. 21 – 18 holes (Shotgun start scheduled for 8:30 a.m. CT)
Saturday, Sept. 22 – 18 holes (Shotgun start scheduled for 8:30 a.m. CT)
Sunday, Sept. 23 – 18 holes (Shotgun start scheduled for 8:00 a.m. CT)
 
THE LINEUP
Justine Fournand (Sr.) – Erstein, France

  • Grabbed a tie for fifth at the season-opening Cougar Classic
  • At the Cougar Classic, recorded a career-low 54-hole total with a score of 203
  • Tied her career-low round score of 67 (-4) in her first appearance as a Rebel
  • Finished 2022-23 season with a 73.79 stroke average
  • 2021 Landfill Tradition Champion

 
Caitlyn Macnab (Jr.) – Johannesburg, South Africa

  • Started season off tied for fifth at Cougar Classic
  • Tied for second lowest round score in program history at 65 (-6)
  • Over last 36 holes at the Cougar Classic, registered 12 birdies and just one bogey
  • At Cougar Classic, tied for second in par-5 scoring (4.33)
  • Named to ANNIKA Award Preseason Watch List

 
Natacha Host Husted (Jr.) – Copenhagen, Denmark

  • Secured eighth place at the Cougar Classic, marking second career top-10 finish
  • Shot 3-under par (68) in all three rounds of Cougar Classic
  • 2021-22 SEC All-Freshman Team
  • Shot a stroke average of 73.58 in 2022 fall tournaments
  • Represented Team Denmark at the 2021 Spirit International Golf Championship

 
Andrea Lignell (Sr.) – Gothenburg, Sweden

  • Tied for 20th on the individual leaderboard at the season-opening tournament
  • Ranked second individually in par-5 scoring (-6) at Cougar Classic
  • Named to ANNIKA Award Preseason Watch List
  • Finished 2022-23 season with a 69.50 stroke average, the third lowest in the SEC
  • 2023 Augusta National Women’s Amateur Participant

 
Sophie Linder (Fr.) – Carthage, Tennessee

  • In her collegiate debut, shot a score of 212 (-1) at the Cougar Classic
