Women's Golf Concludes Fall Slate at Lady Blue Hen Invitational

REHOBOTH BEACH, Del. –  Rutgers women’s golf will compete in its final event of the fall season this weekend at the Lady Blue Hen Invitational, hosted by Delaware at Rehoboth Beach Country Club.

The Scarlet Knights will get their first look at the course on Friday morning with their practice round, before opening tournament play on Saturday morning.

Round one is set for a 8:30 a.m. ET shotgun start on Saturday, with round two taking place right after. The third and final round will be a 9 a.m. ET shotgun start on Sunday morning.

RU is back at the event for the first time since 2019, when the team took 4th place.

Coming off their best result of the season in a 4th-place finish at the Marilynn Smith Sunflower Invitational, Rutgers will look to use the momentum to finish the fall slate on a high note. Rikke Nordvik shot a 1-under 71 in round two and a 3-over 219 for the tournament, finishing in a tie for 7th for her first top-10 finish of the season. Lorena Rossettin finished one stroke off the top-10, highlighted by an even-par 70 in round two.
