KAPOLEI, O’ahu — Sophomore Madison Dabagia finished the opening round of the Rainbow Wahine Invite with a three-over par 75 to lead the University of Iowa women’s golf team at the Kapolei Golf Course.
Dabagia finished the round with five birdies, including three on the front and two on the back, to sit in a tie for 36th place. Sophomore Shannyn Vogler had a pair of birdies during the opening round and is tied for 37th with a 76.
Iowa is tied for 12th on the team leaderboard with a 307. Baylor leads the tournament with a three-under par 285.
