Miniature golf among amenities at this state’s most expensive Airbnb

For $6,000, you can experience luxury in nature at a 10,000-square-foot Airbnb in Broken Bow, Oklahoma.

According to a report from Best Brokers, the Stags Leap Lodge in Broken Bow is the most expensive Airbnb in Oklahoma at $6,018, including fees and tax. Broken Bow sits in the southeast corner of the state, about three hours from Dallas and 90 minutes from Texarkana, Texas.

To calculate the most expensive Airbnb in each state, researchers at Best Brokers curated the 20 costliest rentals overall and ranked them based on the total price for a 7-night stay in July 2024 – a peak month for vacation rentals in the U.S.

Researchers also accounted for property type, cost per night, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, maximum guest capacity and premium amenities.

The Stags Leap Lodge is owned and operated by Beavers Bend Luxury Cabin Rentals. The company’s owner, Elizabeth Newman, said it’s almost always cheaper to rent the Stags Leap Lodge directly through Beavers Bend Luxury Cabin Rentals, adding that the current rate is between $2,000-$3,000 per night.

It’s $4,000 a night during an eclipse.

Broken Bow cabin amenities

The eight-bedroom, 10-bathroom lodge is located at the new development of Lost Creek North near Broken Bow Lake and Beavers Bend State Park.

Outside of the lodge is a 3,500-square-foot patio, a mini golf course and two hot tubs.

Upstairs inside the lodge, guests will find a game room with two 75-inch televisions, a deluxe card table, air hockey and an old-school arcade. To get to the bottom floor, guests can take a 15-foot slide.

The lodge also has a workout room and a 12-seat theatre room with a Peloton bike and free weights.

The kitchen houses a 30-inch flat griddle, a commercial ice machine and a large, fully stocked commercial kitchen.

After a long day of gaming, grilling and sliding, guests can unwind on one of the five king beds in suites furnished with large TVs and views of the woodlands surrounding the home.
